Warranty (100% Guarantee) Policy for Merangue Products

Coverage:

Merangue International Limited (“the Company”) guarantees that its products purchased from the Company or from authorized resellers located in Canada and the continental United States, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use over a period of 365 days from the date of purchase (“the Warranty Period”). This limited warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered:

During the Warranty Period the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge, excluding applicable transportation costs, upon proof of purchase.

What is Not Covered:

This WARRANTY IS VOID under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

• • • Items not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to a defect
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Accident, misuse, or abuse

Claim Procedure:

To file a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

• • • Complete and submit the below warranty claim form;
    • Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase;
    • Describe the nature of the defect, and, if requested, return the defective product, properly packaged, to the Company

Limitations:

Some products may no longer be available. In warranties involving discontinued product, the Company will provide, at its discretion, a product with the specifications that most closely match the original type purchased.

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this limited warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website.
