Re: Merangue International Limited & Winnable Enterprise Co. Ltd

Dear customers:

We are excited to announce that an agreement has been reached between Merangue and Winnable that will allow all customers to continue to purchase the same quality Winnable products that have been available for the past 40 years. Effective January 1st 2024 Winnable will no longer accept orders as they prepare to shut down operations. At this time all back orders will be cancelled. Any monies owing or rebates for 2023 must be paid to or collected from Winnable.

As of January 1st 2024, a majority of Winnable products will be available to purchase through Merangue International Limited. Merangue will continue to use the Winnable name, and ensure an undisrupted supply chain with products continuing to be produced by the same factories. By doing this, we are able to continue the same design and quality that makes these Winnable products great.

All current pricing and terms will be honored for all of 2024. Model numbers, UPCs, and customer codes/SKU numbers will remain the same allowing for an easy transition between vendors.

Please reach out to your current Merangue rep for a full list of Winnable products being added to our line. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
